About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service & Office Support Manager to lead our Finnish teams through an exciting phase of development and digitalization. This is a unique opportunity for someone passionate about driving change, developing people, and leveraging technology and data to shape the future of customer service.

Main responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of Customer Service and Office Support, ensuring efficient, high-quality service and achievement of KPIs.
  • Manage and plan for workflow peaks and troughs, maintaining consistent service delivery.
  • Lead recruitment, coaching, development, and recognition of team members.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and drive productivity and customer satisfaction through data analysis and process development.
  • Provide performance analysis for Operational Review meetings.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders at both local and Nordic levels.
  • Participate as a member of the Nordic Operations Manager Team (NOMT-forum).

  • Proficiency in customer experience and a passion to improve customer satisfaction and productivity through combining process development with curiosity and knowledge about new technologies.
  • Customer-centric approach, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Academic degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience).
  • Fluency in English and Finnish, both written and spoken.
