Are you an experienced Application Support professional who enjoys working close to Sales, solving complex user requests, and continuously improving digital tools?

As part of the Sales Excellence Support team, you will provide high-quality support for Sales and Salesforce-related applications, acting as a trusted partner for sales managers and key users.


Your mission will be…

           Handle application support requests, service requests, and selected incidents

           Manage user access, permissions, and roles across multiple sales tools

           Support sales reporting, data updates, and mass changes

           Maintain and improve process documentation and knowledge articles

           Collaborate closely with sales stakeholders through structured, service-driven communication

           Grow into a Subject Matter Expert for specific sales applications and processes

           Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in Sales Support



We are looking for someone with…

          Fluent German and English (business-level, spoken & written)

          Solid experience in Application Support (Sales / CRM environment preferred)

          Strong service mindset with high focus on user satisfaction

          Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

          Confident handling of multiple requests and stakeholders

          Experience with Salesforce and/or ServiceNow

          Background supporting Sales organizations

          Comfortable working with multiple enterprise IT tools (Microsoft Office)
