We are looking for a working student to join our Siemens Xcelerator Academy Portfolio Team in Erlangen with the ability to work from home. Responsibilities:

We value your support in:

• Conduct market research and leverage data insights to develop, execute, and optimize marketing programs and portfolio strategy
• Create and manage sales enablement and marketing materials, including presentations, videos, newsletters, and digital collateral
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, producing engaging blog content, social media posts, and digital experiences
• Maintain and optimize webpages, online communities, and cross-functional partnerships to enhance program delivery
• Analyze campaign and program performance, preparing regular reports to drive continuous improvement and impact

Qualifications:

• You are currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent experience in international business, Marketing, Media & Communication, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, in Germany
• You have some experience via internships or other practical activities
• Very good Microsoft Office knowledge, especially Powerpoint
• Experience in visual content creation
• Experience with social media in the B2B sector
• Very good communication skills in English
• Proactive, communicative and creative personality
