Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Digitalization Analyst with a strong focus on process analysis and optimization. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding, mapping, and improving HR processes, supporting our digital transformation journey through structured analysis and data-driven insights.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the design of efficient, scalable HR processes, working closely with stakeholders across regions and functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and document end-to-end HR processes, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
- Develop process maps, workflows, and diagrams (e.g., BPMN, flowcharts) to support clarity and standardization
- Collaborate with HR and technical teams to translate business processes into digital solutions
- Drive process optimization initiatives, leveraging automation and system enhancements
- Support the implementation of digital tools ensuring alignment with defined process flows
- Monitor and analyze process performance, proposing continuous improvement actions
- Create and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and governance frameworks
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to capture requirements and validate process designs
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, security standards, and internal controls
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in process analysis, process improvement, or HR digitalization
- Strong understanding of process mapping methodologies (e.g., BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma basics)
- Experience creating process diagrams, workflows, and documentation
- Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and digital tools
- Experience with data analysis to support process optimization
- Knowledge of automation tools, low-code platforms (e.g., Mendix), or VBA is a plus
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex processes clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience supporting process transformation or change initiatives is a plus
- Proficiency in English and Spanish
