Sales Manager - Medium Voltage

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the Medium Voltage (11kV to 33kV) switchgear sales for HK and Macau market.
  • Connect and build relationship with existing and new customers to identify sales leads
  • Liaise with the factories and drive for the technical development suitable for local requirements
  • Work closely with German headquarter for the portfolio updates and monitor the market development trend
  • Develop the comprehensive proposal, including technical and commercial offers according to the customer requirements.
  • Conduct and finalize contract negotiation in coordination with the contract manager
  • Deliver presentations representing at customer meetings, seminars and the other organizations
  • Timely respond to the customer technical and commercial enquiries and tenders.
  • Coordinate with other business units of Siemens and support the project execution with variation offers where required.
  • Work with operations, finance, procurement, legal and comply the company IMS and compliance requirements
 

Requirements:

 

Individuals who meet the following requirements or possess the equivalent combination of competence and experience are invited to apply:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or related disciplines
  • 10 years’ relevant experience in any engineering field
  • Solid sales and business development experience/ exposure, ideally gained in Power Utilities field in multi-national companies preferred
  • Strong knowledge in HV/MV switchgear, Protection Systems and SHEQ system implementation
  • Excellent communications and presentation skills
  • Well-versed in MS Office applications
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
