Field Service Expert - Laboratory Diagnostics

We’re offering a unique hybrid Field Services Expert (FSE) role combining technical field service with clinical applications support.
Great opportunity for someone from pathology diagnostics; clinical applications or field engineering who’s ready for a change.
You’ll receive extensive hands-on training in Australia and internationally and support a portfolio of pathology laboratory diagnostic systems across the NSW/ACT region.
Your role:
- Visiting customer sites across NSW/ACT which include public/private hospitals and laboratories.
- Engineering support - Perform installations, preventative maintenance, upgrades and corrective services
- Applications support - Deliver application training, workflow optimisation and ongoing customer support
- Build strong customer relationships to improve system performance and patient outcomes
- Work closely with internal teams and share customer insights to support product improvements
- Adhere to all EHS and compliance requirements
Your expertise:
- Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering or a related field.
- Experience in application support or field engineering in diagnostics.
- Strong understanding of laboratory workflows and diagnostic technologies.
- Happy to work autonomously when trained
- Hold an unrestricted driver’s licence
- Able to travel across state, interstate and overseas.
- Be able to provide evidence of your permanent work rights in Australia.
