We’re offering a unique hybrid Field Services Expert (FSE) role combining technical field service with clinical applications support.

Great opportunity for someone from pathology diagnostics; clinical applications or field engineering who’s ready for a change.

You’ll receive extensive hands-on training in Australia and internationally and support a portfolio of pathology laboratory diagnostic systems across the NSW/ACT region.

Your role:

• Visiting customer sites across NSW/ACT which include public/private hospitals and laboratories.

• Engineering support - Perform installations, preventative maintenance, upgrades and corrective services
• Applications support - Deliver application training, workflow optimisation and ongoing customer support
• Build strong customer relationships to improve system performance and patient outcomes
• Work closely with internal teams and share customer insights to support product improvements
• Adhere to all EHS and compliance requirements

Your expertise:

• Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering or a related field.
• Experience in application support or field engineering in diagnostics. 
• Strong understanding of laboratory workflows and diagnostic technologies.
• Happy to work autonomously when trained
• Hold an unrestricted driver’s licence
• Able to travel across state, interstate and overseas.
• Be able to provide evidence of your permanent work rights in Australia.
