This will be your impact. 
  • Cash Management and Payment (CMP) Infrastructure: Manage and govern global CMP activities, including group-wide bank accounts, cash pools, payment routings, and internal netting processes. Establish new infrastructures and provide training, policy guidance, and knowledge sharing across the CMP organization.
  • Liquidity Management: Oversee and ensure compliance with global liquidity management frameworks, standards, and policies. Provide guidance and governance for local cash-management activities, including MTO-related processes, while maintaining robust control and reporting practices.
  • Framework & Policy Development: Contribute to defining and updating Siemens’ global CMP and liquidity management frameworks, ensuring compliance with all internal and external regulations while shaping effective communication strategies.
  • Standardization & Innovation: Lead initiatives to standardize and continuously develop CMP processes and infrastructure. Foster innovation, including digital transformation, and manage key projects, service agreements, and regulatory frameworks to support a modern and agile organization.

This is how you'll win us over:
  • Education: You possess a degree in finance or related fields. Alternatively, you have completed vocational training with further education in financial management and extensive professional experience
  • Experience & Skills:
    • At least 5 years of professional experience in finance / treasury or related functions in international banking, consulting or multinational corporations. Extensive knowledge of regional markets and regulatory framework.
    • At least 3-4 years of project management experience of complex (inter)national projects, preferably with international experience.
    • Expertise in cash management and payments, including best practices for payment methods, settlements, risks, pooling, and forecasting.
    • Strong knowledge of central banks’ roles and regulations worldwide, with the ability to derive Siemens-specific business rules.
    • Ability to assess and adapt legal, regulatory, and corporate requirements for treasury compliance while driving continuous improvement.
  • Ways of working:

    • Collaborative team player experienced in cross-functional and project team environments.
  • Languages: Business proficiency in English
