Role: Strategy and Operation Support Professional

Location: Thane

Your Role – Challenging, Interesting and Future Oriented

• Assist in developing and executing business strategies aligned with organizational goals.

• Support in annual, quarterly, monthly business planning processes.

• Work closely with FIN team to monitor and analyze TO / Profit / OI numbers

• Monitor and Support CRM related activities and recommend process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.

• Oversee Service Business Lead Management activities to ensure streamlining of end-to-end cycle till conversion.

• Drive Lead Generation topics with expert house Engineers & Managers

• Prepare and present strategic reports for management reviews, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather qualitative and quantitative data for decision-making

• Analytics of past business data to derive meaningful business insights

• Utilize Power BI and other analytics tools to generate dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights.

• Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies across departments.

• Work on Installed Base tools to identify and generate insights for Business / Sales teams supporting in generating opportunities

You should be an expert in

• MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Planner)

• Knowhow of Tableau, Power BI

• Knowledge of CRM tools like Salesforce

• Ability to see the larger picture

• Mindset to manage multiple assignments on varied strategy topics simultaneously

• You will interact with a variety of stakeholders – Strong people and presentation skills will be key to success

• Proactiveness and agility will be your strength in the continuously changing environment

Experience:

• 5-7 years of overall experience with minimum 2-3 years in business strategy for organizations that have business in industrial and manufacturing sectors

Education:

• Graduate Engineer in any domain with strong academic track record / Diploma in Business Administration

• Master’s degree in business administration will be an added advantage
