This is your role. What part will you play?
In this role, you will support the Commercial Finance team in the followings:- Support live rail infrastructure projects through data analysis, automation, and reporting
- Automate and standardize project datasets and spreadsheets (document registers, BOMs, schedules) and create Power BI dashboards to track document approvals, material readiness, and construction progress
- Collect, clean, validate, and structure project data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Analyze project data to identify trends, gaps, and risks impacting project delivery
- Assist in migrating and validating project documents and data from SharePoint to Teamcenter
- Collaborate with project, engineering, and document control teams on data requirements and reporting needs
- Contribute to digitalization, data-driven decision-making, and automation initiatives within rail projects
What you need to make real what matters.
- Final-year student or recent graduate pursuing a bachelor’s degree in: Data Analytics, Information Technology, Project Management, or related fields.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and data analysis functions
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Power BI, including dashboard development, data modelling, and visualization best practices
- Understanding of data cleaning, validation, and reporting concepts
- Familiarity with SharePoint; exposure to Teamcenter or other PLM systems is an advantage
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Interest in rail infrastructure, digital transformation, and data automation
- Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
