You’ll make an impact
- You take ownership for your own projects, coordinate and mentor he multi-functional team members and present your project results to senior management.
- You develop innovative logistics concepts with a focus on efficiency and innovation – based on your holistic understanding of a high variance manufacturing environment.
- You identify appropriate standard methodologies and promote their transfer in our production network through successful implementation.
- You analyze the requirements of our plants through value streams, information flows and process recordings.
- You identify, analyze, and support the introduction of innovative technologies to improve intralogistics processes, such as automated storage systems and intelligent picking and transportation systems.
Your professional qualification and experience
- You have a proven track record in implementing automation solutions in the logistics field into operations.
- You have in depth knowledge of innovative methods of intralogistics, such as automated material flow systems, warehouse management systems or robotics.
- You have good analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured, independent way of working, decision-making skills, result and quality orientation as well as an ambitious attitude.
- You are a motivated team player with a high level of interpersonal competence, are open to other cultures and ideally have some intercultural experience in international project work.
- You have a master’s degree and many years of experience in the field of logistics, supply chain management, industrial engineering or in a related field.
- Willingness to travel (25%) and proficiency in English and German complete your profile.
