You’ll make an impact by 

  • You actively support development projects by ensuring compliance with environmental protection requirements, such as RoHS, Reach, WEEE and relevant regional standards
  • Building on this, you collaborate closely with global hardware development teams to embed PREP processes and requirements into every stage of product development
  • In addition, you drive the rollout and implementation of new regulations related to product-related environmental protection within the eMobility sector
  • To further strengthen our sustainability targets, you initiate Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) and Product Environmental Declarations (PED), generating comprehensive documentation for internal and external stakeholders
  • Finally, you participate in the global Siemens PREP community, sharing best practices and contributing your expertise to advance environmental standards across all projects

This is how you'll win us over 

  • Education: You have a master’s degree with several years of relevant professional experience or a bachelor’s degree with extensive long-term experience in the field of electrical engineering; alternatively, you have completed vocational training with further qualification and long-standing, comprehensive expertise
  • Experience & Skills:
    • You have long-term project management experience and a proven track record in coordinating global teams
    • You are familiar with PREP standards such as RoHS, REACH, and WEEE
    • You are skilled in using Excel, Teamcenter, and SAP
  • Ways of working: You demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, creativity, and the ability to build lasting internal and external relationships while working collaboratively in international, multi-functional teams
  • Languages: You have excellent English language skills; German is an advantage
