Position Overview:
Responsible for managing and optimizing end-to-end HR processes across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. The role ensures process standardization, compliance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement aligned with organizational and global HR standards.
You’ll make a difference by:
- Manage and oversee end-to-end Hire to Retire (H2R) processes including:
- Hiring and onboarding
- Employee data management (Master Data)
- Compensation and benefits administration
- Payroll inputs and validation
- Employee lifecycle changes (transfers, promotions, separations)
- Offboarding and documentation
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal policies and local labor laws.
- Drive process standardization and harmonization across Middle East regions.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors.
- Support audits and internal control requirements.
- Monitor SLAs/KPIs and drive service excellence.
- Identify automation and process improvement opportunities.
- Support system enhancements (e.g., Workday, SAP).
- Provide training and guidance to team members.
Your success is grounded in:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4years–5 years of experience in HR Operations / H2R / Shared Services environment.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end employee lifecycle processes.
- Experience working with HR systems (preferably Workday).
- Exposure to payroll coordination and reconciliation processes.
- Experience in global or matrix organizations preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
