You’ll make an impact by

Operating and monitoring production equipment
Assisting with machine setup and changeovers
Performing basic maintenance tasks
Ensuring quality control of products
Maintaining a clean and organized work area
Learning about production processes and safety protocols

You’ll make an impact by

Currently enrolled in a technical program, trade school, or related field (or a highly motivated high school student with a passion for electrical engineering)
A strong desire to learn
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
Basic understanding of mechanical or electrical principles (a plus)
