You'll make an impact by
- You support the digitalization of global mobility and equity processes by assisting with specific tasks related to international assignments and compensation programs
- Next, you help describe and visualize complex topics as part of process automation, while also contributing to data analysis and report preparation
- Building on this, you participate in digitalization initiatives by helping to define technical requirements and supporting the implementation of new tools
- Additionally, you assist in creating documentation for existing business processes and manuals according to ISO standards
- Finally, you contribute your skills to identifying and developing optimization opportunities for more efficient management of employee share and compensation programs
This is how you'll win us over
- Education: You are currently enrolled in a degree program such as business informatics, economics, finance or a comparable field
- Experience and Skills:
- You have gained initial practical experience through internships, student jobs, or vocational training in a business environment
- You are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and VBA; Python knowledge is an advantage
- You have experience or strong interest in digitalization, process optimization, or data analysis, ideally in an international context
- Ways of Working: You convince with a high level of initiative, analytical thinking, and a structured, results-oriented and independent working style
- Languages: You communicate fluently in English; German is an advantage
