Your mission will be…
The Sr. Sales Data Analyst performs data analysis, generates insights and reports and drives resulting initiatives and programs for the constant improvement of sales processes and the digital customer journey. The Sr. Sales Data Analyst is part of the Sales Operations team and collaborates closely with HQ and the global sales teams, business leaders throughout the organization and other relevant stakeholders.

Areas of responsibility:
  • Gather, structure, clean, and maintain sales related information from primary and secondary sources in close collaboration with the global sales organization and HQ stakeholders;
  • Research, analyze, consolidate, and interpret sales and business data using statistical and advanced analytics methods to generate insights on topics such as market environment, account planning, sales performance, and operational effectiveness;
  • Create, operate, and continuously optimize data tools, applications, and digital workflows in cooperation within the data analytics team, enabling data driven and AI-powered decision-making;
  • Prepare and deliver clear, impactful reports and visualizations, effectively communicating key findings to internal stakeholders including e.g. Sales, Marketing and Management;
  • Lead and support initiatives and programs aimed at improving sales effectiveness and enabling the organization to execute its growth strategy;
  • Potential to provide direction to an analytics team, enabling high quality analysis and efficient teamwork.

We are looking for someone with…
  • Master Degree or comparable;
  • Several years of experience working in a Sales organization, driving efficiencies and KPI’s based on data analytics as well as optimizing and scaling sales processes using sprints;
  • Experience from Software Sales and/or Software companies is a plus;
  • Understanding of business data management, analytics and modelling including familiarity with modern AI-assisted analytical methods;
  • Advanced Excel skills including formulas, Pivot tables and macros;
  • Strong knowledge in MS data analysis tools (Power BI, Tableau) including set-up and development of Dashboards;
  • Driven and proactive with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;
  • Structured work style, eager to learn and team oriented;
  • Organization and planning skills;
  • Demonstrated potential to lead and develop a team in the future;
  • Very good communication and people skills;
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
