Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing business strategies and marketing plans to drive growth and increase market share for Magnetic Resonance and Digital & Automation business lines.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of ownership and innovation.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with clinical stakeholders and key opinion leaders to drive market presence.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize the order to cash cycle.
  • Execute product launches, pricing, and go-to-market strategies aligned with global and local targets.
  • Monitor market dynamics and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities in the healthcare technology sector.

    Your qualifications and experience:

    • University degree in Business, Engineering, or Healthcare; prior experience in clinical or business environments is preferred.
    • Proven track record in Product Management or Marketing within the healthcare or technology sectors.
    • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams and complex business operations.
    • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with high-level industry stakeholders.
    • Have many years of professional experience in sales or MR product management; familiarity with the Siemens Healthineers portfolio is a strong advantage.
    • Full professional proficiency in English is mandatory.
    • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to solving complex market challenges.
