Your Role – Impactful, Meaningful and Future‑Oriented

We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Intern – Financial Performance Management (FPM) to join the Siemens Mobility team. This role is ideal for a student who is keen to gain hands‑on experience in financial analysis, reporting and performance management within a large, complex project environment.

In this role, you will support the FPM team by contributing to key financial processes, working closely with Sales, Tendering and Finance stakeholders to support informed decision‑making.

In this role you will:

  • Support headcount analysis and control across actuals, forecasts and budgets.
  • Maintain and manage KFT files, including updating data, uploading from Dash and Mika databases, and exporting data into RF tools.
  • Assist with new opportunity planning in collaboration with Sales and Tendering teams.
  • Perform volume analysis to support financial performance tracking and reporting.
  • Work with financial data and systems to ensure accuracy, consistency and timely reporting.

  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong analytical mindset.
  • Proficiency in working with databases and data transfers.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and complex formulas.
  • SAP experience preferred; Power BI knowledge beneficial.
  • Interest in AI technologies and data‑driven solutions.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
