Working Student – Business Excellence / Project Support

 

What you will do


As a Working Student, you will support ongoing business excellence and transformation initiatives within Siemens Global Business Services. You will gain hands-on experience in project coordination, data analysis, and stakeholder collaboration in an international environment.

 

Your main responsibilities will include:

 

Project & Team Coordination: Supporting project managers in organizing activities, tracking actions, and ensuring timely follow-ups.

Planning & Documentation: Assisting with scheduling, preparation of materials, and maintaining structured project documentation (e.g. Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Conceptboard).

Meeting Support: Preparing agendas, capturing meeting minutes and action points, and tracking task completion.

Data Analysis & Reporting: Processing and organizing project-related data, preparing simple analyses and management-ready overviews.

Stakeholder Communication: Supporting communication with internal stakeholders across different functions and countries in CEE.

 

What we expect:

 
  • Education: Enrolled BA or MA student (business, economics, management, industrial engineering, or similar).
  • Language skills: Very good command of English (working language). Czech is an advantage but not a must.
  • Technical skills: Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ways of working: Structured, reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Communication & organization: Clear written and verbal communication skills; ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
  • Availability: 15-20 hours per week, with start date 15th June or 1st July 2026 (flexible by agreement).
  • Hybrid Work Model: This position operates under a hybrid model, requiring a flexible office presence once per week at our Prague - Stodůlky location.
 

Nice to have

Interest in business processes, project management, analytics, or digital transformation.
Initial exposure to an Agile or project-based environment. Curiosity, willingness to learn, and proactive mindset.
