The CRM Program Manager is a Sales Excellence role responsible for enabling effective CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platform adoption, data quality, and sales‑funnel transparency across the U.S. organization. This role supports the success of field sales teams by ensuring CRM tools, dashboards, and reporting effectively support sales processes, performance visibility, and data‑driven decision‑making.
In this role, you will act as a key liaison between U.S. Sales, Sales Excellence, and Global Sales Excellence teams, helping to translate business needs into practical CRM solutions while supporting continuous improvement of sales processes and systems. The role reports to the Head of Sales Excellence and works closely with the Business Excellence Manager for CRM.
As a U.S. CRM Program Manager, you will:
- Drive effective CRM adoption by sales representatives and sales managers to support business objectives and sales execution
- Provide day‑to‑day support and consultation to field sales teams, helping to resolve CRM‑related issues and questions
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to resolve sales‑funnel, dashboard, and reporting challenges while identifying opportunities to improve business processes and system usage
- Apply technical expertise across core sales technologies to support reporting, analytics, and performance tracking
- Manage, maintain, and continuously enhance required CRM dashboards and reports
- Leverage deep CRM process knowledge to improve sales performance, efficiency, and data accuracy
- Analyze current and future CRM platform needs and collaborate on global CRM initiatives and enhancements
- Provide functional input, design recommendations, and problem‑solving support to ensure tools align with sales needs
- Partner closely with: Field sales teams and sales management, U.S. Sales Excellence team members, and Global Sales Excellence stakeholders

Basic Qualifications:
- Strong analytical, consulting, and problem‑solving skills
- Experience with project coordination, implementation planning, or process improvement initiatives
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across functions
- Results‑driven, value‑oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Relevant business and CRM technology background, including at least 2 years of experience using Salesforce with strong technical proficiency
- Ability to manage competing priorities, address challenging situations, and work effectively under time and quality constraints
- Solid understanding of business operations, sales processes, and performance metrics
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Management, Marketing, or a related discipline (an equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered; certifications may be required in some areas)
- Up to 5% travel may be required
- Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license with limited violations
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience managing, supporting, and enhancing the Salesforce CRM platform (or internal Siemens SieSales tool) for a large or distributed sales organization
- Experience partnering with both field sales users and centralized sales excellence or business excellence teams
- Exposure to global CRM initiatives or enterprise‑level reporting and analytics environments

The pay range for this position is $91,463 - $156,794 annually with a target incentive of 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
