This is how you'll win us over

• Education: You hold a Master's degree or equivalent experience with extensive professional experience, including proven leadership responsibility
• Experience and Skills:
  • At least seven years of professional experience in management consulting, renowned industrial companies, or start-ups, with in-depth consulting expertise and industry knowledge
  • Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills combined with a strong entrepreneurial perspective
  • Demonstrated track record in leading, developing, and mentoring project teams to achieve excellence
• Ways of Working: You work in a structured, customer-focused, and collaborative manner, thriving in dynamic and interdisciplinary environments
• Languages: You are business fluent in both German and English
