Position Overview

Are you ready to drive successful software implementations that transform how organizations work? As a PLM Implementation Consultant, you'll join our Professional Services organization, playing a critical role in managing software delivery projects and ensuring customer success. You'll be the key point of contact for successful deployments, working closely with customers to understand their objectives and align solutions with their needs. Your technical expertise and collaborative approach will help organizations achieve their full potential through our PLM solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and specify project requirements in partnership with customers, ensuring a thorough understanding of their business needs and objectives
  • Develop technical solutions based on Siemens PLM products that translate customer requirements into clear, actionable specifications and robust implementations
  • Design and deploy solutions that are reliable and effective, supporting customers through validation and production deployment
  • Collaborate with project managers to guarantee alignment with project goals, track delivery progress, and maintain schedules in line with the project plan
  • Contribute to work-package estimation, including scheduling and effort planning for assigned tasks
  • Foster a collaborative team environment by actively supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive, inclusive working atmosphere


Qualifications

  • Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or Computer Science with a strong IT background
  • Programming knowledge in one or more languages (C, C++, JavaScript) and familiarity with web frameworks (AngularJS, React)
  • Solid understanding of web markup languages (HTML5, CSS3)
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities, with the ability to think through complex technical challenges
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders and work collaboratively in team settings
  • Native or fluent Italian speaker with fluent English proficiency
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel within Italy (company car provided)

  • Experience with PLM platforms

Compensation & Benefits

The salary range for this position is EUR 44,000 to EUR 88,100 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
