About the role 

We are currently seeking a Global Cloud Solutions Launch Leader to join the cloud transformation team. In this role you will work with a team of creative, supportive, data-driven leaders and executives. You will work hard both as an individual contributor and as a team member, but at the end of the day you and your work will matter in positioning our company for transformative success. You also will have the opportunity for input that shapes what program management and technical development looks like in our transformation to a SaaS company.

This role is to be based in Poland, ideally either Warsaw or Wroclaw, hybrid / flexible working is available. We would also consider candidates based in Czech Republic, Hungary or Romania.

What you will do:

• Serve as a key liaison between leadership, development, sales, customer success, and other supporting SaaS roles in the company.

• Help define new ways of doing business and standardize product development standards across our company.

• Organize work and focus the team on what needs to be accomplished.

• Act as a Cloud Solutions Launch Leader ensuring a process is followed across development and functional teams.

• Utilise your Project Management skills to organize work and focus the team on what needs to be accomplished.

• Connect granular tasks to longer-term strategic objectives and prioritize in a time-crunched, fast-paced environment.
• Create and maintain Salesforce dashboards to support product launch tracking and performance reporting.
• Leverage Alteryx to prepare, blend, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Merge and manage complex data sets to deliver actionable output reports in launched cloud solutions.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience with Program / Project Management frameworks in a software development environment.

• Experience as a Project Manager or Managing Projects across a multinational environment.

• Proven, successful track record working on initiatives involving multiple functions. 

• Be a time deadline focused individual that meets and exceeds goals, timing, and objectives.

• Comfortable in visualization techniques for metrics and dashboard communications and simplified executive level messaging.

• Someone who is comfortable in a fast paced and ever evolving environment.

• Willingness to learn Siemens processes and systems as well as emerging technologies, e.g. AI. 

• Experienced or has operational knowledge of Agile software development techniques in a cloud environment, ideally coordinating the governance of cloud software product launches.

• Business level English communication skills. 

• Ideally you will have a degree or higher with Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent experience. 
• Proficiency in Salesforce, particularly in creating and managing dashboards.
• Hands-on experience with Alteryx for data preparation and analytics.
• Strong data handling skills, including merging and transforming large data sets into meaningful reports.

The salary range for this position is 212,600 PLN to 386,900 PLN gross and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training. Siemens offers health and wellness benefits to employees.
