Ensure partner development @México and Central América to reach Professional level in:
1. Lead Management
2. Systems Business (SBs, LVs, Capacitor Banks, Soft Starters, 3WA Pack (Domestic Systems), MCCs (S4,S8, 8PX),
3. PM@Siemens
4. Digital Business
5. Sales Principals
6. Compliance
Your qualifications:
At least 7 years of experience working with partners / distributors
Academic background: Bachelor's degree in engineering
Experience with distributors development
Leadership skills
Fluent English
Experience with digitalization, project management.
Experience working with cross functional teams (Supply chain, quality, marketing, sales)
