We are looking for Digital Transformation Expert. This position will be based in Peachtree Corners.
Join our dynamic Digital Transformation team and help supercharge productivity for the Electrical Products business. As a Digital Transformation Expert, you’ll report to the Head of Digital Transformation and lead high-impact initiatives especially Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Process Automation within the TEA Digital Transformation Program. We're looking for a passionate digitalization expert who thrives at the intersection of business and technology and is eager to drive real business value.
You’ll make a difference with:
- Drive Programmatic Digital Transformation: Enhance and execute TEA Digital Transformation Program processes and tools to unlock the benefits of automation, analytics, agile methodologies, and AI.
- Use case-based collaboration Across Business & IT Teams: Partner with Business Function Coordinators, IT, and Citizen Developers to:
- Shape business demand for Snowflake data products, Mendix apps, and ML/GenAI solutions.
- Help architect and lead project management of complex automation and AI projects to realize business value.
- Consolidate and effectively present project business case & program progress to key stakeholders
- Leading Innovation & change management: Support platform migrations and help develop & stabilize new value propositions in collaboration with IT service providers and business change agents
- Empowering Users: Deliver advanced technical training and best practices to citizen developers for low code-code platforms such as Mendix, Power Automate, Tableau, and DAAI Workflow (Knime).
- Fostering Community: Strengthen training programs and governance to build a collaborative, high-performing digital community.
YOU’LL WIN US OVER BY HAVING THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:
Basic Qualifications:
- BS in Computer Science or STEM field
- 8+ years of experience in with the following:
- Digital transformation or related roles.
- Technical Skills: Proven track record in learning new cloud based digital technologies.
- Developing complex analytics, AI, Machine Learning, and automation solutions. Large ERP system (e.g. SAP) knowledge a plus
- Project & Program Management: Skilled in Scaled Agile frameworks, complex project & program management and stakeholder coordination.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in product manufacturing.
- Mindset & Focus: Growth-oriented, quick learner, collaborative, and committed to continuous improvement and business impact.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree
- Technical training experience
- Familiarity with Siemens systems (e.g., SAP, Siemens Data & AI Cloud) is a plus.

The pay range for this position is $100,450 - - $172,200 annually with a target incentive of 10 % of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
