How you’ll make an impact
- You are involved in all phases of the product lifecycle, from initial concept and development to market launch and product phase-out, ensuring financially-driven R&D activities and the achievement of portfolio goals.
- From the start of projects, you conduct regular financial analyses and profitability assessments for new products.
- Together with project teams, you define target costs for your portfolio elements and continuously monitor their achievement, providing input and reporting on productivity initiatives in One Puma Web.
- You analyze portfolio performance through P&L controlling and product result accounting, representing the economic aspects of your products.
- Based on your proactive analyses, you develop actionable recommendations in cross-functional teams to improve profitability and support their implementation, ensuring financial transparency and result quality in collaboration with technical colleagues.
- You support the organization in structuring portfolio elements, setting up value flows, acting entrepreneurially, and driving ambitious goals.
- You contribute to the enhancement of PLM tools and processes to ensure seamless financial integration.
- Additionally, you assume financial responsibility for eMobility funding projects, coordinating and evaluating developments economically, and ensuring audit-proof documentation and controlling of these strategically important initiatives.
Your success is grounded in
- Education
- A degree in business administration or a comparable qualification, ideally combined with extensive experience in performance and PLM controlling.
- Experience & Skills
- Solid knowledge of SAP and BI tools (dashboard systems, Power BI), along with strong calculation and presentation skills.
- Experience in intercultural projects and/or working abroad, enabling you to navigate our international environment effectively.
- A curious and critical mindset with enthusiasm for improving processes and driving innovation within the organization.
- Reliable, self-directed, and eager to take ownership of exciting projects and new processes.
- Ideally, prior experience with government-funded development projects.
