Apply now for Accounts Receivable Professional. Our full-time position will be a hybrid role based in Hawthorn East, Victoria reporting to the Head of Cash Collection.
Your Role:
- Books company's invoices according to GAAP guidelines and under consideration of legal requirements.
- Open new accounts and follow up clearance of outstanding, checks due and overdue accounts.
- Checks with respective customers to resolve account discrepancies, as a first point of contact.
- Requests customer financial statements, references, credit agency reports, and review with team leader for potential changes in credit limits.
- Performs customer credit risk assessments if required
- Produce statements of accounts and regular account reconciliation, in line with defined accounting guidelines.
About You:
- Previous role in accounts receivables environment required.
- Result and quality orientation with high attention to detail.
- Sound knowledge of MS Office (Excel mainly) and SAP required.
