You’ll make an impact by
- Orchestrating Financial Performance: As the dedicated Controller for one SubOperation in SI EA Headquarter, you'll be at the heart of our financial performance. You'll expertly coordinate comprehensive financial planning and analysis – from budgeting and forecasting to P&L performance and balance sheet reporting for your assigned factories.
- Trusted Business Partner: More than just numbers, you'll be a trusted partner, collaborating closely with the SubOperation Head of Finance and international factory teams.
- Optimizing Quantity Reporting for Precision & Speed: You’ll streamline and enhance the monthly volume/quantity reporting process while collaborating with Sales and PLM teams to ensure coordinated and accurate volume planning.
- Owning the Monthly Forecast (FC) Submission: You’ll be responsible for summarizing the forecast data on Segment Level and act as the primary interface with BU controlling for the official FC submission (SAG and World).
- Shape our Future: You’ll play a pivotal role in developing and optimizing reporting frameworks that are vital for our Segments expansion strategy, including oversight of major investment initiatives.
- Innovate & Standardize: Working hand-in-hand with talented colleagues, you'll harmonize and standardize reporting and controlling processes across our factories. You'll identify and implement best practices and drive the digitalization transformation of finance within your domain.
- Empower Decision-Making: Ultimately, your contributions will be instrumental in creating transparency in financial data. You'll deliver insightful analytics that empower Subsegment and Segment Management to make informed, strategic decisions and effectively steer the business towards continued success.
Your defining qualities
- Education
- You've built your expertise on a strong academic base, holding a degree in Business Administration with a focus on finance, or a similar finance-related qualification.
- Experience & Skills
- You bring at least 6 years of valuable work experience in finance and possess a deep understanding of value flows within a manufacturing environment.
- You're proficient with MS Office applications and have practical experience with data analytics and visualization tools, particularly PowerBI.
- Ways of working
- You're a highly engaged and performance-driven individual with strong analytical abilities. Your communication skills allow you to articulate complex financial insights clearly, and you embrace opportunities to learn and grow, even when it means stepping outside your comfort zone

- Languages
- Proficiency in English is a must; knowledge of German is desirable.
