Your Role: Logistics Project Manager

As our Logistics Project Manager, you will strategically lead and own the logistics function for a groundbreaking rail initiative. You’ll work across a dynamic internal network—collaborating with installation partners, subcontractors, and consortium stakeholders—to deliver results that matter.

What You’ll Do:

  • Strategically manage logistics operations for a high-impact program, leading both onshore and offshore teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement by implementing and refining logistics processes in partnership with the Operations Manager.
  • Oversee global logistics activities including import/export, shipping, packaging, tax, duties, and tools.
  • Manage logistics subcontracts for transportation, storage, and related functions.
  • Organize and prioritize your own workstreams, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
  • Navigate internal networks to influence outcomes, resolve blockers, and accelerate execution.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management / Logistics.
  • 8+ years of experience in supply chain and logistics, including complex rail and heavy-haul transportation.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial terms, regulations, and safety standards.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to connect logistics decisions to broader business goals.
  • Self-motivation and ownership of tasks in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in project management—this role involves managing a project within a project.

The pay range for this position is $99,246 - $134,028 annually with a target incentive of 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
