Apply now for the position of Program Lead, Strategy and People and you will drive the cultural and organizational transformation required to scale Siemens Healthineers’ business in Pakistan by 2030. This role will be instrumental in shaping and executing initiatives that enhance business processes, employee engagement, build scalable talent strategies, and embed sustainable and compliant business practices. The ideal candidate will bring deep project management, a strong understanding of change management and the ability to lead complex, people-driven programs. Previous Human Resources experience will be considered.
Your Role:
Program Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement
• Lead the overall program management of the strategic growth initiative, ensuring alignment with 2030 vision.
• Develop and maintain program plans, timelines, and governance structures.
•Coordinate across multiple workstreams, ensuring milestones are met and interdependencies are managed.
• Prepare and present updates to senior leadership, highlighting progress, risks, and opportunities.
• Monitor progress, risks, and issues across workstreams; implement mitigation strategies.
•Ensure documentation, reporting, and compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
•Support budgeting, resource planning, and vendor coordination as needed.
Change Management & Organizational Development
• Lead change management efforts across workstreams, ensuring employee buy-in and smooth transitions.
• Develop communication and training plans to support transformation and capability building.
• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on all Transformation Program matters during strategic shifts.
People & Culture Strategy
• Co-create and implement a people and culture roadmap aligned with the 2030 growth vision in collaboration with the Zone HR Team.
• Co-design, with Zone HR, initiatives to enhance employee engagement, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.
• Be the local champion on employee engagement strategies and initiatives to foster a high-performance, inclusive culture.
•Collaborate with Zone MEA HR team to localize and implement people-centric change initiatives.
• Partner with Zone MEA HR Team to localize talent strategies and embed cultural transformation.
Your Expertise
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Project Management, Organizational development or HR transformation roles.
• Proven experience in leading people-centric change programs in complex environments.
• Strong understanding of employee engagement, talent management, and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industries.
• Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci) or HR strategy.
• Ability to work independently and influence across a matrixed organization.
