As a People & Organization (HR) Business Partner at Siemens, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the overall People Experience in our S&OP organization. You will be engaged in a wide range of people relations topics; foster understanding and adoption of HR policies and support our expanding workforce development programs and activities. In this role, you will work closely with our HR Operations organization and will partner with the on-site and extended HR Business Partner teams

We are looking for a People & Organization (HR) Business Partner. This position will be based remotely within the US.

We are looking for an experienced professional with a demonstrable track record of translating business strategies into people initiatives that effectively drive and support business performance, including profit, growth, and customer and employee engagement across the organization. 

The ideal candidate will be a strategic problem solver with the ability to skillfully navigate complex and ambiguous topics with senior leadership.

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Create and lead strategic people priorities (i.e., leadership development, people experience, early career programs, upskilling & enablement, etc.) and action areas derived directly from the business strategy to ensure alignment and organizational success. 
  • Partner with business leaders to generate actionable data insights that drive strategic decisions and align with forward-looking performance metrics like revenue, profit, growth, order intake, etc. 
  • Influence and coach leaders with thought leadership on adopting cutting-edge technologies, staying ahead of emerging trends, and driving change management to ensure seamless integration and future-proof the organization.
  • Utilize organizational development to diagnose and leverage forward-thinking interventions to enhance adaptability and culture. 
  • Foster relationships to enable seamless integration and seize opportunities for alignment across the internal ecosystem (EHS, Talent Acquisition, Talent & Organization, Comp & Ben, Governance & Compliance, P&O Business Partner community, etc.), driving impactful outcomes.  
  • Challenge the status quo and ask, "What if?" and "Why not?" 
      
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of consultative problem-solving, organizational change, risk management, facilitation, and stakeholder management at the leadership levels of the organization.
  • 8+ years of HR experience with knowledge of various HR fields, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and management consultation.
  • 8+ years of experience working in a matrixed environment and successfully managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability and willingness to travel, estimated at 5-10% for this position.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting a commercial team is a plus.
  • Certifications in change management / organizational development/leadership training / PowerBI are a plus.

  • The pay range for this position is $109,670-$188,006, and the annual incentive target will be 15% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.

The pay range for this position is $109,670 - $188,006 annually with a target incentive of 15% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
