• Additionally, you help manage and analyze recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• By collaborating with the technology team, you contribute to the development of new tools and systems that enhance recruitment efficiency
• You also assist in organizing and participating in recruitment events and workshops to promote our company as an attractive employer for tech talents

• Education: You are currently successfully enrolled in a degree in Human Resources, Technology, Information Systems, or a related field
• Experience and Skills:
  • Familiarity with current recruiting technologies and innovation trends
  • Strong skills in data analysis and reporting
  • Experience in supporting technology-driven projects
• Ways of Working: You are proactive, highly organized, and can work effectively under minimal supervision
• Languages: Fluent in English
