Position Title: Senior Consultant Advanced Analytics 

Salary $169,541 - $229,300 / Year

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, 40 Hours/Week

Summary of Duties: Work with your project team in close collaboration with clients and internal colleagues from Management Consulting, Operations Consulting, and the UX team. Inspire our customers with innovative technical solutions and implementation based on their needs and support the piloting and implementation of these solutions. Work on developing and acquiring new client projects in data analytics. Build ah-hoc analysis and help evaluate and analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data on existing projects. Assume responsibility for the communication of results and ensure smooth collaboration with your stakeholders along the value creation process. Approximately 80% domestic travel required. Hybrid work permitted.

Qualifications: The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Management Science and Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Statistics, or a related field and four (4) years of experience in the job offered, or as an Advanced Analytics Consultant, Data Analytics Consultant, Artificial Intelligence Consultant, or a related occupation. The position requires four (4) years of experience with the following: Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) of Big Data in enterprise environments (such as SAP or Oracle) and cloud infrastructure (such as AWS or Azure); Data architecture requirements and conceptual solution blueprints for deploying AI/ML algorithmic solutions in Big Data productive environments in IT and OT systems; Applying AI/ML algorithmic models and experience with the properties and limits of a diverse set of established and state-of-the-art models such as linear regression, logistic regression, decision trees, time series forecasting (such as ARIMA), k-means clustering or neural networks, and validating the model results against the stated business objectives; Advanced AI/ML models for complex, unstructured data including Computer Vision (such as CNN’s), Large Language Models (such as family of GPT foundational models) and Generative AI models and applications; Working in programming languages such as SQL, Python, and R, and with frameworks like Tensorflow or PyTorch; Developing solutions in distributed teams using Version Control tools such as GIT; Exploring data and creating compelling data-driven stories through visualization tools such as Tableau, QlikSense, and PowerBI. Will accept any combination of education and experience deemed equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree by a reputable credentials evaluation service. Approximately 80% domestic travel required.
