For our TR-SI EP division in Kartal we are looking for a Business Development Manager. This role will be responsible for Business Development of project business.

What are my responsibilities?

·       Drive business development in project business with distributors, panel builders, and OEMs.

·       Lead project management activities, including technical support and marketing initiatives.

·       Manage sales of selected portfolio products within project business segments.

·       Ensure sustainable customer engagement by aligning closely with Sales Managers.

·       Provide product benchmarking and customer feedback to Product Marketing Management to optimize offerings.

·       Conduct competitive analysis on a product basis in coordination with Product Marketing.

·       Develop and communicate unique selling points (USPs) for end customers and EPCs (Engineering, Procurement & Construction firms).

·       Promote vertical channel business development through effective customer segmentation.

·       Collaborate with Sales Managers to identify and create customer demand.

·       Act as a key liaison between customers, Sales Managers, and Product Marketing Managers in project execution.

·       Organize and deliver technical trainings and events to enhance customer engagement and demand creation.

·       Conduct technical training sessions for distributors, panel builders, and OEMs in cooperation with Product Marketing Management.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

·       Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.

·       Minimum 5 years of experience as Business Development & Product Management.

·       Fluent in English and Turkish, both written and verbal

·       Familiar with SAP, Event&Marketing actions.

·       Good command of MS Office applications.

·       Proven track record in business management and business development

·       Strong understanding of industrial automation technologies and market trends

·       Demonstrated experience in business planning and forecasting

·       Expertise in portfolio management and product lifecycle processes

·       Proficient in market analysis and competitive intelligence

·       Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

·       Results-oriented with strong business acumen

·       Innovative mindset with ability to drive new initiatives

·       Strong presentation and public speaking skills
