Siemens Mobility Thailand is looking for a Logistics Operations Specialist in our Bangkok office. 

This is your role. What part will you play?

You will be responsible to oversee all aspects of logistics / Demand Planning and executing logistics tasks in compliance with company policies.

The key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Oversee daily operations in order processing, logistics, and warehouse management to ensure seamless coordination and efficiency.
  • Manage product warranty claims in alignment with company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure continuity in goods delivery, cost control, and supplier relationship management.
  • Support the implementation and enforcement of logistics and corporate policies.
  • Monitor logistics service providers for cost-effectiveness and performance.

Use your skills to move the world forward.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Background in freight forwarding or customer service in shipping is highly valued.
  • Hands-on experience with import/export operations via air and sea.
  • Familiarity with permit applications (NBTC, TISI, DIW, Ministry of Commerce)
  • Knowledge of customs clearance, tariff classification, and document handling.
  • Experience with FTA certificates, BOI, and Thai Flag Waiver processes.
  • Proficient in MS Office and fluent in English (written and spoken).
