We are looking for a Business Administration Professional for our office in Varna. Please note that this is a maternity cover. 

You’ll make a difference by: 
  • Supporting the implementation of business strategies and processes in the area of business administration and finance. 
  • Evaluating and monitoring profitability for sales orders and orders backlog. 
  • Participating in the management of cash flow, receivables, inventories and clarification of claims. 
  • Supporting internal and external financial audit activities. 
  • Organizing the administrative aspects of preparations for business and delegation travel, including tracking and reporting travel-related expenses. 
  • Supporting documentation processes and resolving ad-hoc issues arising during business trips or team delegations. 
  • Coordinating with team leaders and international project managers regarding travel-related expenses and documentation. 
  • Responsible for managing and allocating expenses and budgets for internal and external events. Actively involved in planning and coordinating internal team events. 
Your success is grounded in: 
  • Having successfully completed a college or university degree specializing in economics, business administration or related. 
  • Bringing experience (minimum 4 years) in the field of finance or business administration. 
  • Being proficient with MS Office, ERP and SAP systems. 
  • Being fluent in English - possessing skills in German would be a plus. 
  • Being a team-player with strong interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Traveling: business trips to Sofia and international (mostly Europe).
