Your mission will be…
  • Execute tasks related to Human Resources Administration (e.g. onboarding and contract management);
  • Support employees with HR-related requests and clarifications;
  • Provide HR administrative support for operations in Portugal, Angola, and Mozambique;
  • Prepare and submit legal reports in line with regulatory requirements.


We are looking for someone with…
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field (preferred)
  • Knowledge in Portuguese labor law and Tax topics would be an advantage; 
  • Knowledge of SAP HCM and/or Workday and ServiceNow is a plus; 
  • Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel
  • A digital mindset, with interest and experience in IT tools and applications
  • Team-oriented, flexible, eager to learn, and detail-focused
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English is mandatory.
