Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.


Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Analyze current Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, identify optimization opportunities, and translate business needs into clear technical specifications.
  • Manage demands of different regions towards a global strategic framework for O2C operations - covering direct EDI integrations with our customers and partners, marketplace connections (e.g., GHX, SAP ARIBA), Webshops, order automation and OCR solutions (e.g., Esker, Tangro), eInvoicing (e.g. Pagero) and ePayment Solutions (e.g. HighRadius).
  • Partner with business and IT stakeholders to establish project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
  • Lead global and local demand and change request management (Requirements Gathering) and support requirements engineering for handover to technical teams.
  • Lead O2C automation and digitalization projects from initiation to delivery, including scope, timelines, and stakeholder communication.
  • Oversee project governance, risk management, and stakeholder expectations across multiple teams and regions.
  • Lead change management and training efforts to drive user adoption and operational readiness.
  • Acts as voice of customer during solutioning process.
  • Provide solutions assurance and stakeholder management for operational, implementation, and customer service challenges.
  • Conduct regular status reviews, report progress to leadership, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on O2C automation technologies and best practices.
  • Act as escalation pathway for ongoing incidents and support as supervisor between our technical vendors and internal users.

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You have successfully completed a degree in business, IT, or a related field.
  • You can look back on many years of project management experience, ideally in B2B eCommerce / eBusiness or supply chain digitalization.
  • We also welcome applicants who have completed an apprenticeship / vocational training in a relevant field combined with additional professional experience in that area.
  • You bring experience in leading complex, cross-functional projects and driving digital transformation.
  • You understand EDI standards and protocols (ANSI X12, EDIFACT) deeply, transaction sets (850, 855, 810, 856), and communication protocols (SFTP, AS2).
  • You have hands-on expertise with automation technologies such as EDI, APIs, Automated Order Processing (e.g., Esker), and marketplace integrations (e.g., GHX, SAP ARIBA).
  • Ideally, you possess a PMP or PRINCE2 certification. 
  • You have strong knowledge of SAP and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and ability to optimize workflows and are able to technically collaborate with our SAP CPI Teams (Cloud Platform Integration) and EDI Partners like Open Text.

  • You combine strong project management skills, technical know-how, and deep O2C expertise to deliver complex, cross-functional projects that reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, and create a better experience for our customers and internal order management organizations.
  • You have experience in implementing Punchout catalogs.
  • You are willing to travel internationally for up to 2 weeks per year.
  • You communicate fluently in Englisch, French or German is a plus.
