IT Portfolio Manager

We are looking for a IT Program/Portfolio Management role, to be hired with a permanent contract in Kosice. You will be the main support to the senior leadership in the management of customized Service Now platform and all related applications within Siemens Healthineers.

Your Challenge:
Role and Responsibilities
- Take a key role in shaping and managing the digital demand portfolio within our DDO organization.
- Coordinate the evaluation, prioritization, and implementation of demand items in close collaboration with Architecture, Business Partners, and Project Leads.
- Ensure portfolio decisions are driven by flow metrics, KPIs, and strategic priorities.
- Promote transparency and efficiency in the demand management process by applying Lean Portfolio Management principles.
- Drive continuous improvement and enable the scaling of agile practices across the portfolio.
What you need to bring with you:
- A degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a comparable field.
- Extensive experience and additional qualifications without a degree? We’d still love to hear from you!
- Several years of experience in demand and portfolio management within complex, matrix organizations.
- Strong expertise in Lean Portfolio Management and scaled agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe).
- In-depth knowledge of tools for demand evaluation and decision documentation.
- Experience working with Enterprise Architecture and understanding its impact on strategic investment decisions.
- Solid understanding of service-oriented organizational models; ideally, experience in Shared Services or Customer Services.

- Excellent communication skills and business-fluent English; German is a plus.
- Strategic thinker with a solution-oriented mindset and a high level of initiative.
- Skilled in stakeholder management, balancing diverse interests effectively.

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: starting from 3 000 EUR brutto /month + VAR*
