Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.

This position is full-time or part-time with a minimum of 32h/week.


Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You act as the central point of contact for governance topics for stakeholders across Real Estate and the Siemens Healthineers organization.
  • You are responsible for aligning the Real Estate governance structure in close collaboration with other functions.
  • You strengthen the governance framework by working closely with Real Estate functions to ensure mandates are delivered through clear mechanisms such as Instructions and Directives.
  • You manage and drive governance topics, including Data Privacy, Cybersecurity, IT, Contract Archiving, and conduct annual assessments while participating in regular community meeting.
  • You represent Real Estate within the wider Siemens Healthineers organization, ensuring the mandate is understood and collaborate with key stakeholders such as the Governance Office.
  • You review compliance and prescribe improvement measures, ensuring regulations and defined procedures are followed, including owning the I-Application process and ensuring compliance and documentation.

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You have a university degree in business administration, audit, law, compliance or a related field.
  • You have many years of professional experience in the areas of quality, governance, compliance, law, or board office within a corporate environment, combined with a pronounced interest in organizational issues and the establishment of regulations.
  • You already have extensive, long-term professional experience and further qualifications in this field but no university degree? Then we also look forward to your application.
  • You have a proven track record in working on cross-functional projects, ideally within a global organization, to implement governance, risk management processes or similar processes.
  • You are experienced in preparing high-quality governance documentation, decision proposals, and board-level presentations.
  • You have solid project and process management skills and have ideally already introduced new processes, projects and/or tools.


Your attributes and skills:

  • You are fluent in English and have the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels within Healthineers. German language skills are a plus.
  • You have strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive and structured approach to managing regulatory complexity.
  • You are highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks in parallel while maintaining a keen eye for detail.
  • You have excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex regulatory topics into actionable business insights.
  • Ability to take full ownership of topics and working with a high degree of independence, but also involving the right stakeholders in a timely manner.
