Working Student (f/m/d) Quality Management – Digital Trainings
Mode of Employment: Fixed Term / 15h/Week
Then come and join our global team as Working Student (f/m/d) to support us in Quality Management for Digital Trainings.
Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You support us in the design and creation of digital learning content for Quality employees
- You help us with setting up and uploading trainings into our Learning Management System and maintaining our Learning Experience Platform so that learners have access to the content at any time
- Together with us, you ensure that all training-related documents are organized and stored in our document management system on SharePoint
- You create and optimize templates as well as presentations to make our training materials attractive and consistent
- You process support tickets for web-based training in our Incident Management System together with us

Your qualifications and experience:
- You are studying in any field, preferably at the beginning of your bachelor’s or master’s degree, and have an interest in training and professional development
- You are available to us for at least 1 year
- Working with common MS Office tools and MS Teams are second nature to you
- You enjoy working digitally and efficiently – tools like Articulate, MS Speech, or SharePoint are exciting tools for you
- Ideally, you have already gained some experience in handling media, e.g., basic video and audio editing; experience in creating web-based training is an advantage
Your attributes and skills:
- You have very good English skills, German is an advantage
- You are interested in new learning technologies and are open to new tools
- You can work independently and solution-oriented, and are willing to actively contribute ideas to day-to-day business
- You are looking for a varied working student position and could support us with 15 hours per week
