Join our team now at Siemens Healthineers as a Supplier Management Professional and you will actively engage and gain exposure cross functionally at a country, regional and global level within a fast-paced organization. You will report to the Head of Strategic Procurement GB&I.  This role's primary responsibility centers on digitisation, process control, and supplier registration within the procurement function.  Initial focus is to streamline the supplier registration process, which involves collecting documentation, managing contracts, and coordinating with business stakeholders, to bring it inline with the rest of the EMEA business.  After streamlining, the role expands to process utilisation and controlling, specifically reporting on KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) such as contribution to net income (CNI), payment term equivalent (PTE), and purchasing volume (PVO).  You'll be actively engaged with both the procurement teams and wider business functions to collate, process and present all required data.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Implement and conduct Supplier Management in predefined methods, tools and processes.
  • Represent Supplier Management in cross-functional councils and assure communication of relevant information.
  • Monitor and manage adherence to Procurement policy and P2P process to ensure high process efficiency and compliance.
  • Actively contribute to projects and collaborate in work groups to drive transformation and process efficiency using appropriate digital tools.
  • Performs comparisons Actual vs. Plan and pursues effects of agreed measures.
  • Provides regular business reports, with respect to overall performance, and recommends actions to accountable management.

Your Skills & Experience:

  • Experience with Data Analysis, drawing valuable insights from large volumes of data.
  • A Passion for Digitalisation in Procurement and learning new tools e.g., Qlik View, Power BI and Power Automate.
  • Educated to degree level in a Commercial subject.
