Job Title: UX Specialist – XR & AI

Role Overview

We are looking for a UX Specialist with strong expertise in user research, experience strategy, and interaction design e for Extended Reality (XR) and AI-powered experiences. The role focuses on understanding human behavior in immersive and intelligent systems and translating insights into intuitive product demonstrators and experiences.

You’ll create impact by:

·        Lead UX research across AR/VR/MR and AI-driven interfaces—conducting user interviews, contextual inquiries, usability tests, and heuristic evaluations.

·        Analyze user behavior in immersive environments and convert insights into experience frameworks, interaction models, and design guidelines.

·        Collaborate with product, engineering, and build teams to invent human-centered XR and AI experiences.

·        Develop personas, journey maps, task flows, and UX metrics tailored to immersive and adaptive systems.

·        Prototype and evaluate spatial interactions, gesture models, multimodal interfaces, and AI-assisted workflows.

·        Advocate for accessibility, usability, and ethical AI principles throughout the product lifecycle.

You’d describe yourself as:

·        1–5 years of experience in UX research or interaction design, with hands-on work in XR or AI-based products.

·        Strong skills in qualitative/quantitative research, data synthesis, and insight communication.

·        Familiarity with Unity/Unreal, Figma, XR prototyping tools, and user testing in spatial environments.

·        Understanding of human factors, cognitive psychology, and AI interaction patterns.
