What you will do:

  • Strategic Sourcing & Category Management: Identifying, evaluating, and selecting suppliers, and developing robust sourcing strategies for specific goods or services to meet business needs.
  • Negotiation & Cost Optimization: Leading complex negotiations with suppliers to achieve optimal pricing, terms, and conditions, and actively driving cost reduction initiatives.
  • Supplier Relationship & Performance Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key suppliers, monitoring their performance against critical metrics (quality, delivery, cost), and driving continuous improvement.
  • Risk Management & Compliance: Identifying and mitigating potential supply chain risks and ensuring all procurement activities adhere to Siemens' policies and external regulations.
  • Internal Stakeholder Collaboration: Partnering closely with internal departments to understand their requirements and ensure the supply chain effectively supports their operational and strategic goals.


What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher required
  • 3-years working experience or above
  • With buyer-related experience
  • Good command of both Chinese & English communication skills.
