Your Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a global SaaS app (Wrike) from an IT perspective, diving into documentation and operational support.
• Be the maestro coordinating internal IT and external development resources—including vendor management.
• Drive requirements implementation, always aligning with business strategy and goals.
• Lead sprint planning, prioritizing alongside a Product Manager and system architect.
• Oversee internal development, including smart integrations with enterprise systems.
• Champion security and sustainability in partnership with IT security teams.
• Harness data-driven dashboards (Power BI) to monitor global adoption and keep insights flowing.
• Craft and update training materials with expert third-party providers.
• Facilitate workshops, engaging demos, and best practice exchanges with key users.
• Keep stakeholders informed with clear, timely updates across regions.

Your Profile

• Agile experience or DevOps familiarity? Perfect (but not strictly required)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in a global context.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Jira, Power BI, or similar tools is a plus.
• Structured, analytical, and self-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Comfortable working in hybrid, intercultural, and decentralized teams.
• Fluent in English (minimum B2); German is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to our customer on a quarterly basis.
