In this role, you will directly influence market growth by strengthening dealer performance, expanding end-user adoption, and positioning Siemens Machine Tool Solutions as a preferred choice in the local market. We are looking for a results-driven professional who connects strategy with execution to accelerate revenue, visibility, and long-term market presence.

You'll create impact by:
  • Machine Tool Dealer Enablement: Build and strengthen relationships with local machine tool dealers to drive indirect sales and enhance Siemens’ market presence
  • Education Partnerships: Collaborate with educational institutions to support training programs on Siemens Machine Tool Solutions, helping to develop future talent and industry awareness
  • End-User Engagement: Develop and implement targeted outreach campaigns to increase visibility and adoption of Siemens solutions among small and medium-sized job shops
  • Promotional Activities: Plan, execute and create marketing and promotional initiatives for machine tool dealers, end-users, and educational partners
  • Global Collaboration: Work closely with the global sales network to create a strong push-pull effect in the local market
  • Market Monitoring: Track local machine tool investment trends to maximize promotional opportunities and strategic positioning

Your defining qualities:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in CNC machine tool sector in business development, sales, or promotion roles
  • Deep knowledge of CNC machine tool industry and SINUMERIK systems from a user perspective
  • Expertise in portfolio management and product lifecycle processes.
  • Proficiency in CAD/CAM or CNC control simulation software that are used in machine tool industry
  • Fluent in English and Polish language, both written and verbal
  • Strong business acumen with proven ability in planning, forecasting, and achieving results
  • Innovative mindset with ability to drive new initiatives and partnerships
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Customer-centric approach with strong partnership orientation in sales
