• Position Name: Doctor
• Location: Bangalore
• Qualification: MBBS, AFIH
• Experience: Min. 5+ years of Industry experience with AFIH Certification
• Job Purpose:
The Doctor (MBBS) with an AFIH (Associate Fellow of Industrial Health) certification will be responsible for managing occupational health services within the organization. This includes promoting a safe & healthy work environment, conducting regular medical check-ups, managing workplace health hazards, and addressing the medical needs of employees. The role will primarily focus on preventive healthcare, first aid, and ensuring compliance with industrial health standards.
• They should possess an MBBS degree recognized by Indian Medical Council Act 1956 
• Any additional training/certification in occupational health will be preferred
• They should have adequate knowledge of Safety & Environmental practices 
• Good written communication & presentation skills are most desirable. 
• They should possess sound knowledge in Clinical Medicine and clear the oral technical interview & well versed with prevailing Factories act, BOCW act etc.
• They should have good networking with professional forum, Hospitals, Diagnostic Centers & Government Institutes.
