We are looking for: Senior IT Provider Management Professional

You’ll create impact by:

• Managing the entire lifecycle of relationships with external IT providers to ensure maximum value for the DI IT function.
• Defining and executing IT Provider Management governance within the DI IT framework at strategic, tactical, and operational levels.
• Developing and maintaining ERP-specific sourcing strategies aligned with leadership and adapting to market and technology changes.
• Driving provider selection, negotiations, and alignment with business objectives and DI IT strategy.
• Monitoring provider performance, ensuring SLA alignment, benchmarking, and handling claims and critical issues.
• Leading all aspects of daily service delivery, issue resolution, resource onboarding/offboarding, and ensuring service quality and reliability.
• Handling contract changes, compliance, and facilitating efficient communication between internal teams and providers.
• Building positive relationships with providers and encouraging teamwork across global teams.

You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including :

• Informative background: B.E/B.Tech/MCA or equivalent, with 15+ years in IT and strong provider management experience.
• Demonstrable experience in leading external providers and crafting long-term partnerships.
• Good background in contract lifecycle management, SLA/benchmark definition, and performance control.
• Commercial skill and familiarity with Siemens internal processes and tools (a plus).
• Expertise in IT service delivery within ERP and software development environments.
• Knowledge of ITIL Service Management framework and project management in agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Superb communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for collaborator engagement.
• Ability to operate effectively in a VUCA environment with strong moderation and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with information security, IT compliance, and data protection regulations.
• Experience working in global, multi-cultural teams and understanding German labor regulations.
• Proficiency in office and analytics tools; proficient English (German is a plus).
