We are looking for: IT Business Consultant– Cloud, Data & AI

You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including :

• You build strong, trust-based relationships with business partners and proactively identify needs and opportunities to improve business outcomes through innovative IT solutions.
• You collaborate with IT delivery teams to develop and implement scalable, secure, and forward-looking cloud and AI architectures that meet enterprise-grade requirements.
• You evaluate new technologies (such as GenAI and LLMs) and advise business partners on their potential use cases, feasibility, and contributed.
• You collaborate closely with process owners to digitize, automate, and improve core business processes through technology.
• You serve as a translator between business and IT by simplifying technical content and ensuring that business needs are clearly understood and reflected in IT strategies.
• You lead multi-functional teams in a consultative role and develop a learning environment by sharing knowledge on cloud, AI, and data architecture standard methodologies.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• 5+ years of experience in an IT consulting, business partnering, or solution architecture role
• Strong expertise in public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), data architectures, AI/ML technologies, ideally including GenAI
• Proven ability to translate business needs into high-impact technical solutions and guide their implementation
• Superb communication, facilitation, and participant leadership skills, with the ability to influence at multiple levels
• Experience in change management, business transformation, and digital process improvement
• A university degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field
• Proficient in English and German, both spoken and written
• A forward-thinking, innovation-driven environment with significant scope for creativity
• International collaboration with diverse, multi-functional teams
• Exposure to pioneering technologies and continuous development opportunities
