Are you a customer service minded HR professional who thrives on solving real challenges for people and processes? If you're ready to make a tangible impact as an Operational HR Consultant in a collaborative Nordic environment, we'd love to meet you!

We are now seeking a Operational HR Consultant to join our energetic Global Business Services working from Finland. In this position, you will work closely with the several stakeholders and provide high level of customer experience to our internal customers. The workplace is at our headquarters in Espoo, and we work flexibly both in the office and remotely. 

Role and Colleagues 

We are the Nordic HR team, with responsibilities including employment matters, recruitment, payroll administration, competence development, and management development.

The role includes acting as a payroll contact person, compiling payroll materials, reporting, developing payroll processes, system administrator tasks, and answering questions from employees and managers regarding payroll and employment matters.
Together, we develop effective processes and practices. You'll have colleagues by your side to spar with and help you succeed. 

Skills for Success 
  • Strong consultative work with stakeholders
  • Previous experience working as a payroll contact person or payroll specialist
  • Experience in consulting on HR matters
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly and capability to work with different systems 
  • Knowledge of Tiima, Workday, or SAP is considered an advantage.
  • Interpretation of collective agreements; knowledge of the technology industry is an advantage
  • Understanding of the Working Time Act, the Employment Contracts Act, and local labor legislation is considered an advantage
  • Fluent Finnish and English language skills

You are a self-driven professional with strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues across countries.
