You’ll make an impact by:
- We are seeking a highly skilled PECI Integration Configuration Specialist to join our team. This role involves developing, maintaining, and optimizing integrations between Workday and external systems, with a focus on PECI (Payroll Effective Change Interface). Support in the Local payroll integration process for Workday (INDIA & MEA).
- Review and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, Extend, and other tools.
- Understand configuration and support PECI integrations to ensure accurate and efficient payroll data transmission.
- Collaborate with payroll vendor to ensure quality delivery between Workday & payroll systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring minimal disruption to payroll processes.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to internal teams on newly implemented functionalities.
- Discover and analyze issues in the system.
- Make evaluations to verify and control the correctness and consistency of data and actions.
- Handle service requests and execute PECI run.
- Evaluate and test configuration options.
- Maintain and set up documentation of Workday configuration in this area.
You’ll win us over by:
- This role is viewed as an expert in complex application environments - 3-5 years of experience in Workday Payroll integration.
- Subject Matter Expertise in compensation including compensation strategies, matrices, benchmark jobs, merit, bonus and stock processing and international compensation.
- Experience in handling payroll outbound integration from Studio (PECI, PICOF, P2P.
- Good experience in setting up and managing integrations from and to Workday – especially for EIB, PECI and Studio Integrations.
- Experience in building Custom Reports and complex Calculated Fields.
- Hands-on experience with Workday integrations, including PECI/PICOF, EIBs, and custom reports.
- Strong knowledge of Workday HCM functional configuration, security setup, and business processes.
- Experience with Workday Studio, SOAP API, REST API, and Import API patterns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Workday certification in Integrations and Studio is an added advantage.
